NewHomes101.com is built with accessibility in mind and follows WCAG 2.1 AA guidance where reasonably practicable.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Alt text on all meaningful images
• Keyboard navigable interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields)
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA on body text
• Forms with associated <label> tags
• Responsive design that scales from 320px mobile to desktop

Known limitations

Some animations and video backgrounds may be distracting for users with motion sensitivity. We will add a prefers-reduced-motion override in a future revision.
